The LifeBoard is a portable floor designed to enhance yoga or ballet practice at home on carpet or outdoors on any surface. Its durable and rigid platform provides the perfect support for yoga on soft surfaces. The patent pending design is lightweight, portable, and features interlocking tabs to prevent separation of the two panels both vertically and horizontally. It is advised not to use or store the LifeBoard in direct sunlight.

This portable floor is perfect for enhancing yoga, Pilates, or ballet barre exercises at home on carpet or outdoors. Simply place your yoga mat on the LifeBoard and practice as you would on a hard floor. The LifeBoard is not only firm and rigid to support yoga on soft surfaces, like home carpet or park grass, but also has a non-skid top surface to prevent your yoga mat from slipping. It is lightweight, easy to carry, and store, weighing approximately 8.5 lbs per panel, which amounts to 17 lbs in total.

Assembling the LifeBoard is also a breeze. Simply pick up the LifeBoard, one panel in each hand, with the tab ends facing each other and pointing away from you to form a V shape. Then, bring the tab ends of the panels together and interlock, and swing the panels out until they are flat, creating a single flat LifeBoard.

The LifeBoard is constructed of recyclable high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and is shipped in boxes made of 100% recycled material, with the board itself made of 50% recycled material. It is black and measures 73” L x 28 3/4” W x 5/8” H when assembled, just slightly larger than a standard yoga mat.
